What you'll do Lead and manage a global team supporting security operations and response activities Oversee and coordinate incident response, including handling complex and high-impact events Drive improvements to processes, tools, and overall security posture Collaborate with teams to enhance response capabilities and operational effectiveness Support planning and testing of response scenarios and readiness activities What I need from you 14+ experience in cybersecurity, with leadership and operational exposure Strong understanding of incident response, risk, and security practices Ability to operate in complex environments and drive outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at senior levels Leadership mindset with the ability to manage teams and influence across the organisation Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM and CRISC are considered an advantage Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
