Our client, a leading general contractor, has a new role available for an experienced Civils Contracts Manager. The Civils Contracts Manager will oversee the civil engineering components across a portfolio of construction projects. The successful candidate will be involved from the tender stage through to project completion, ensuring the effective delivery of site infrastructure elements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage all civil engineering aspects of projects, including site infrastructure development, groundworks, earthworks, and foundations.Tender Participation: Collaborate with the pre-construction team during the tendering process to provide insights on civil engineering requirements and methodologies.Program Management: Develop and maintain detailed project programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all civil works comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
