One Arena has opened its third personal training facility in Cork, and we are looking for a driven, passionate coach to help us set new standards in Small Group Personal Training (SGPT). If you're ready to make a real impact and grow with a dynamic team, this is your opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead high-energy small group strength & conditioning sessions (23–28 hours/week)
* Deliver every session to the highest standard, following our proven training model
* Welcome and onboard new members, ensuring a positive and supportive start
* Support members with regular goal check-ins and ongoing guidance
* Collaborate with your coaching team to raise standards and drive results
* Contribute to team development, mentoring, and session planning
* Take part in internal events, courses, and community engagement
Requirements
* Level 3 Personal Training (or equivalent) certification – required
* Strong group coaching presence and technical attention to detail
* Previous experience in an SGPT facility (as a coach or client) – preferred
* Ability to work Saturdays and be based near Cork City
* Passion for fitness, teamwork, and helping others achieve their goals
