Student Services CoordinatorThe Student Services Coordinator is a front-of-house role with responsibility for continuously ensuring high customer service levels with all stakeholders within a thriving school environment. Organisational skills and problem-solving skills are paramount in this role, as are professionalism and punctuality. The Student Services Coordinator liaises with the academic and marketing departments and reports to the Centre Manager.Main duties of this position are:working at reception and dealing with enquiries face-to-face, on the phone and by emailproviding various pieces of documentation for studentsdealing with student medical insurancedealing with postcentral purchase management planning and orderingmanaging a petty cash budgettaking payments for courses and services and logging theseliaising with academic and marketing departments, providing administration support to other departments and studentsdealing with complaints and escalating these to respective management, academic, and sales departments when necessarylogging data daily with the sales departmentliaising regularly with sales on orders receivedorganising and placing students in accommodation as requiredorganising students cultural and social events as requiredtaking part in health and safety matters, such as fire safety checks and drillsJob Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentPay: €27,500.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 08/10/2025Expected start date: 13/10/2025
