Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical Co‑Ordinator within Transfer Agency (Registration) with our client, a leading global financial services company based in Limerick.
Your New Job
You’ll manage your own suite of clients and support junior team members, ensuring high‑quality, compliant processes.
This hybrid position requires working three days onsite during standard office hours (09:00 – 17:15), with the expectation of availability on some bank holidays.
This is a contract position up until the end of December 2026.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day processing, quality checks, and assurance activities
Oversee quality and timeliness of processing in partnership with off‑site teams
Act as escalation point for unresolved matters
Deliver daily client reporting regarding outstanding registration requirements
Oversee workflow queues and analyse progression
Meet monthly targets and KPIs
Maintain and update procedures
Support compliance requirements and client‑specific processing needs
Participate in team projects and internal collaborations
Ensure segregation of duties at all times
What Are We Looking For?
Previous experience within the Financial Services industry
Knowledge of Anti‑Money Laundering regulations and the current regulatory environment
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Able to work independently and support others
Customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
