Senior SDR / Closing SDR – Ireland Market (Dublin)
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 base, depending on level
OTE: €100,000+ (Accelerator up to 25% | €5k per quarter)
Hybrid – On-site every Thursday
We're hiring an experienced Senior SDR / SDR-Closer to support our Ireland business, focusing on DFM and selling into the mid-market and enterprise Irish customer base. This is a strategic outbound role requiring strong pipeline generation skills and the ability to close early-stage deals in a longer, more complex sales cycle.
About the Role
You will be the driving force behind pipeline creation for the Irish market, targeting the same customer segments as our wider team but operating across a longer, enterprise-focused sales motion. This role sits at the intersection of top-of-funnel activity and light closing responsibility — perfect for a highly experienced SDR looking to step up.
Typical earning ranges for experienced SDRs in Dublin are €25k–€30k OTE per quarter, and this role offers significantly above-market compensation with accelerators.
* What You'll DoExecute targeted outbound outreach into the Irish mid–enterprise market
* Support DFM as the primary focus for Ireland
* Engage with contractors, design managers, project managers & construction leaders
* Own demos and move opportunities through early-mid sales stages
* Work with longer, more strategic sales cycles
* Use Gong, HubSpot CRM, and Sales Navigator daily
* Deliver high-quality pipeline, forecasting accuracy & CRM discipline
* KPIs & ExpectationsHigh outbound volume: calls, sequences, targeted outreach
* Strong connect rates and consistent demo booking
* Contribution to €100k+ total earnings through hitting pipeline goals
* Quarterly accelerator: €5k per quarter for overperformance
What We're Looking For
* Highly experienced Enterprise SDR or SDR/Closer
* Track record of exceeding outbound and pipeline KPIs
* Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles
* Experience working the Irish market is a strong advantage
* Ability to articulate your metrics, process, and sales methodology
* Hybrid availability: must be on-site
