Project Manager Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join our client on a 3 year fixed-term contract.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments.
This role will involve work on a number of high-profile projects in Limerick and be involved in every stage from concept to completion.
This role will report to the Senior Project Programme Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* The management of complex stakeholder relationships and the sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief.
* The establishment of an overall project budget including all consultancy fees, construction and any other related costs.
* The production of reports on scope, budget and timescale delivery against baseline targets.
* Procure additional project team members such as Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Real Estate Advisors etc. as required ensuring EU Public Procurement requirements are fully complied with.
* The supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' post graduate construction/project management experience.
* A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture or similar.
* Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
* Current full class B drivers' licence and access to own car.
