We are seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our 6-month payroll migration project. The successful candidates will provide exceptional support to customers transitioning their data from previous payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers in using the payroll software by providing clear guidance, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting assistance.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
* Collaborate with the wider team to resolve queries and share knowledge, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Manage customer support calls and emails during quieter periods, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* Strong IT skills, including confidence navigating software systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing situations, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
