Financial Operations Role
This is a vital position in the financial operations of our client, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Process invoices and payments, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
* Expense Management: Process employee expense claims and ensure compliance with established policies.
* Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
In addition to these responsibilities, maintaining organized and accurate financial records, filing documents, and providing administrative support to the finance department are essential tasks for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in core accounting principles, be working towards their ACCA qualification, and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
Requirements:
* ACCA certification or progress toward it
* Familiarity with financial accounting, management accounting, and audit & taxation principles
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
