Project Manager
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Phase One of Family Carers Ireland's CRM development programme, known as the Discovery Phase.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, system deployment, user adoption and ongoing improvement.
* Collaboration with stakeholders across all FCI teams and external vendors to ensure solution delivery on time within scope and aligned with Family Carers Ireland’s mission and strategic goals.
Critical Qualifications:
* A proven track record in managing CRM discovery design implementation projects ideally within technology or business transformation initiatives with ability to adapt approaches to charity sector.
* A strong understanding of Crm best practices data management GDPR and system integrations a recognised qualification in project Management such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile certification. exceptional communication stakeholder management problem-solving skills proficient use of project management tools ability to balance technical business priorities knowledge empathy for family carer missions values Full driving licence access vehicle responsibility.
