About the Role:
As a seasoned client relationship manager, you will be responsible for actively contributing to account management ensuring that client KPIs are met and operations adhere to best practices. You will meet financial targets, manage reporting, plan workloads of personnel under your supervision by providing effective training, motivation and necessary discipline where needed.
You must liaise with clients at all levels to ensure positive development of the business.
The primary responsibility is PRL aspects of Client Sales Strategy (Marketing, Sales and Support) driving the PRL sales teams effectively implementing agreed strategies with Regional Management team in an efficient manner.
