We work two days in the office and three from home, but may be required to attend shoots, recces, workshops and meetings on non-office days.Role overviewAs an Account Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day client relationships and lead the delivery of high-quality content marketing campaigns. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, acting as a trusted partner to clients while managing projects, people and processes with confidence.As a Content Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for...Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships.Developing a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, target audiences and industry trends, and applying this insight to content marketing strategies in collaboration with your Account Director(s).Leading the planning, management and execution of client content marketing briefs from start to finish.Project managing the content development process, including distribution and repurposing across video, podcasts, articles, email newsletters and social media.Coordinating and managing project budgets, quoting and third-party suppliers.Drafting creative briefs, managing moodboards and treatments, ensuring output is high quality and on brand.Tracking, analysing and reporting on content marketing performance, drawing insights and making recommendations.Running regular client meetings and check-ins to ensure satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and outputs.Writing, editing, and proofreading content to the highest standard, from social media copy to website articles.Managing the creative briefing process with videographers, producers, photographers, stylists and designers, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and to a high standard.Leading and managing photography and videography shoots from planning through to delivery, including scheduling, briefing creatives, overseeing shoots on the day, and ensuring final assets meet the agreed brief, timelines and quality standards.Demonstrating sound judgement, escalating issues where appropriate before they become risks to the client or wider team.Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant content solutions, working with the Account Director to add value for clients while supporting commercial targets.Participating in client pitches (existing and new) alongside your Account Director(s).Required qualifications & skills3–5 years' experience in an agency or similar content marketing environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience managing client relationships and building long-term trust.Strong understanding of branding and best design practices, with a keen eye for detail.Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure and report on performance.Excellent copywriting, editing and proofing skills, with a high standard of written work.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and trends, with a keen interest in creating engaging social content (reels, stories and posts) for both clients and Zahra-owned channels.Experience in event & experiential management.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded.An interest in food & knowledge of food is an advantage, but not essential.If you are a self-motivated and client-focused individual with a passion for content marketing and fostering strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.
