Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Managed Services Team, working on a dedicated team and supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will work on and receive exposure to different technologies, including Microsoft Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, and the latest Microsoft applications and solutions.
The Role Involves:
* On-site resourcing cover – operating within a customer's environment under their governance.
* Provision of accounts and equipment
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, and O
* Maintenance and development of current documentation in place.
* Interaction with and management of 3rd parties
* Application troubleshooting and support.
