* Qualified accountant with 4+ years' PQE, preferably in aircraft leasing or aviation finance
* Strong technical reporting and consolidation experience
* Proven ability to drive process improvement and efficiency
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with US-based or international finance teams is advantageous
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role is central to the evolution of the finance function and its alignment with group-wide strategy.
* Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across group entities
* Identify and implement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness
* Liaise with US finance and leadership teams to ensure consistency in systems and reporting
* Work with commercial and operational teams to integrate finance in decision-making
* Optimise and develop finance systems and reporting tools
* Take ownership of finance transformation and ad hoc initiatives
* Support a high-performance team culture with a collaborative and hands-on approach
* The role is structured to evolve into the Head of Finance position over time
