We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that streamline business operations and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of automation frameworks, and experience working in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions in accordance with best practices.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
* Configure and maintain Blue Prism environments, including control room and runtime resources.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automated processes.
* Ensure compliance with security and governance standards for RPA implementations.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed processes.
* Monitor and optimize existing bots for performance and scalability.
* Provide support and training to end-users and team members on RPA solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Blue Prism.
* Strong understanding of RPA architecture, object studio, process studio, and control room.
* Proficiency in .NET, C#, or VB is a plus.
* Knowledge of SQL databases and basic scripting.
* Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Blue Prism Developer Certification.
* Experience integrating RPA with ERP systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
* Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage.
