The role involves meeting and greeting customers politely and friendly, leading a team of staff, ensuring they are trained to their full potential, managing budgets, completing rotas, and ensuring adequate coverage based on business needs.
The ideal candidate will be a good motivator with excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills.
What are we looking for?
* Excellent presentation
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Good command of the English language
* Experience in a Bar Supervisory role is an advantage
* Availability midweek and weekends, flexible with shifts
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure staff service complies with department procedures
* Welcome customers warmly and friendly
* Allocate daily duties/sections to staff and monitor
* Maintain standards within the department
* Comply with health, safety, and fire legislation; train staff accordingly
* Know all products in the bars and general hotel facilities and hours
* Deliver high-standard customer service
* Collaborate with food service departments to meet standards
* Maintain cleanliness in the department
