The Address Cork are currently looking for candidates to join our talented Banqueting team. You will be responsible for supporting the Banqueting supervisor in serving and assisting guests and customers, whilst also ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in setting up banquet halls and event spaces according to specifications.
2. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service.
3. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely serving of meals and adherence to hygiene standards.
4. Conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience with us.
6. Inform Manager/Supervisor of any special requirements or difficulties.
7. Ensure HACCP standards and cleaning schedules are completed daily and maintained.
8. Participate actively in training and performance improvement exercises.
9. Adhere to the hotel’s customer relation policy.
10. Communicate hotel services to guests as required.
11. Handle customer complaints courteously and report to your manager immediately.
12. Arrive for duty on time, in full clean uniform, wearing a name badge at all times.
13. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming, in accordance with company policy.
