Job Opportunity for HR Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Operations Manager to join our team in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in a HR related discipline, preferably CIPD certified, and at least 3 years' experience in a HR Manager or Generalist position in a medium enterprise.
The successful candidate will design and implement policies, procedures and programmes to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals and objectives; create a positive company culture that delivers a progressive experience for employees aligned with company Values and add value in support of the overall continuous improvement agenda.
This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Senior Generalist, or ready made middle manager, to take control of the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site.
The site currently employ circa 140 employees but have invested heavily with a new production line recently installed, which will increase turnover and headcount.
Reporting to the Site lead, the HR Manager will drive policy from the wider group business, as well as working on employee engagement and building relationships within the factory.
This role offers hybrid work, with one day a week from home.
