The Grade VIII Officer Programme Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Lean Transformation programme across the hospital, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and sustainable service improvement.
The Programme Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of Lean Transformation projects, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
