Oliver James is proud to be partnering with a leading Asset Management organisation to recruit a Financial Reporting Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated finance professional to support global accounting operations across North America and EMEA, with a focus on regulatory filings, month-end close, management reporting, and financial analysis in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports across multiple global jurisdictions
Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of books and records across North America and EMEA
Perform reconciliations and contribute to cash management activities across international entities
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and coordination of external audits to successful completion
Support the delivery of internal management reporting and performance insights for senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a Big 4 or large corporate environment
A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Strong exposure to financial reporting and understanding of regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical thinking and sound judgment under pressure
