This role entails providing expert legal counsel on employment and HR matters.
* Liaising with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
Direct involvement in all employment litigation cases, including representation before tribunals.
1. Maintaining strong relationships between colleagues for sharing expertise on TUPE, outsourcing, Employee Data Protection, etc.
