Culinary Team Member
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and preparing your section to deliver exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing and preparing your section to supply exquisite dishes for everyday food service in a busy restaurant and bar area.
* Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining and setting culinary standards.
* Producing exceptional dishes and enhancing the guest experience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 Years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4*/5* hotel or similar environment.
* A desire and passion to develop your skills and grow using the finest of ingredients and produce.
* Fine Dining experience is considered an advantage.
* Ability to manage your section and assist with the everyday service of a busy restaurant & bar within a hotel setting.
* Flexible working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a positive hands-on attitude.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the kitchen.
