We are looking for an experienced Azure Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise level cloud transformation initiatives for a large scale environment.
A valid work visa is mandatory. No sponsorship will be provided.
Location: Ireland (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Engagement: Contract
What You Will Be Doing
• Lead current state assessment across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations
• Define target state enterprise architecture on Azure
• Develop cloud transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy
• Perform application portfolio mapping and business capability mapping
• Work with EA tools such as LeanIX, Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar
• Design scalable and secure Azure architectures aligned with Cloud Adoption Framework
• Define integration architecture using Azure Integration Services such as API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, IT, security, and engineering
Ideal Candidate
• 10 plus years of IT experience
• 5 plus years in Enterprise or Cloud Architecture roles
• Strong Azure architecture expertise
• Experience in current state to target state transformation
• Hands on experience with enterprise architecture tooling
• Proven track record of leading Azure modernization programs
Preferred certifications: AZ 305, AZ 104, or similar Azure certifications
This is a strategic architecture role, not a pure hands on engineering position.
