Job Description:
The Technical Service Operations team is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers and coordinators. This role will involve working closely with site personnel and management teams to ensure company policies, processes, and sales legislation are adhered to nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a service team of engineers and coordinators to achieve operational excellence
* Coordinate test equipment calibration and documentation to maintain accuracy
* Maintain high-level customer support, including turnaround times, to meet business objectives
* Work closely with suppliers on new testing methods and updates to drive innovation
* Source and interview potential engineers to enhance the team's skills and expertise
* Collaborate with sales and administration teams on new tenders to secure business growth
* Plan and carry out new equipment testing and calibration to ensure compliance
* Coordinate engineer training to upskill the team
Requirements:
* Completed qualification in electromechanical or related field to demonstrate technical expertise
* Minimum 5 years experience in management to lead a team effectively
* Current drivers license to perform site visits
