You\'ll serve as a strategic legal partner to our sales teams, driving complex deal negotiations and commercial activities that fuel our expansion with leading EMEA companies and organizations across all market segments, from SMB to large enterprises. In this highly impactful role, you\'ll guide sophisticated technology transactions across diverse industries and client sizes while providing strategic counsel on the unique legal and regulatory considerations for responsible AI deployment throughout the EMEA region.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key strategic advisor to sales leadership on complex commercial deals and contractual matters across SMB to large enterprise clientsLead negotiations and close sophisticated agreements with diverse EMEA companies and organizations across multiple industries and market segmentsNAVIGATE EMEA regulatory compliance requirements and jurisdiction-specific contracting considerations across multiple European marketsDesign and implement scalable contract frameworks, playbooks, and processes to support our fast-growing EMEA sales organizationIdentify, analyze, and proactively manage complex legal and regulatory risks while maintaining deal velocity in our rapidly evolving AI landscapeAnticipate emerging legal developments affecting AI technologies across EMEA jurisdictions and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional leadershipFoster relationships with external stakeholders, including clients of all sizes, regulatory bodies, and industry partners across the EMEA regionYou might be a good fit if you haveLaw degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdictionAt least 8 years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial transactions across diverse client segments and industriesDeep expertise in complex technology agreements and regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the adoption of experimental and emerging technologies across EMEA marketsExceptional business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in fast-moving deal environmentsProven track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlinesOutstanding ability to navigate novel legal challenges with minimal precedent in cutting-edge technology applicationsExecutive-level communication skills with the ability to influence clients ranging from SMB to large enterprise and senior leadershipA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to supporting high-velocity sales processes across diverse market segmentsStrong understanding of AI technology trends and commitment to responsible AI deployment across EMEA regulatory environmentsStrong candidates may haveIn-house experience at leading technology companies with EMEA operationsPrevious experience with AI, machine learning, or other experimental technologies in commercial contextsExperience supporting sales teams across diverse client segments in deal negotiations and client relationship managementMulti-jurisdictional experience across European marketsRole-specific policyFor this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our Dublin office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.Application Deadline: 4pm GMT on February 16, 2026.
