Job Description
* Lead project development teams taking responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery from project initiation through to release of the final solution in volume to customers.
* Work closely with stakeholders such as marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to develop a clear definition for the project that meets market requirements and company goals.
* Evaluate the business justification for projects prior to entering the development phase.
* Develop an execution plan for the project, including working with leadership to build a schedule, staffing plan, risk analysis, and mitigation plan, and budget in support of project goals.
* Oversee the successful execution of the plan: manage the project bounding box; schedule, scope, budget, and staffing, ensuring the project stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
* Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
