Key qualifications include: Proven Leadership & Portfolio: Extensive experience as a Power Platform Lead, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of successful projects where you have driven innovation and delivered tangible business value. Advanced Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, coupled with practical experience in data modelling, connectors, and seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with diverse systems. Problem-Solving Acumen: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Certifications: While not mandatory, relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly desirable and will further strengthen your application. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes Solution Leadership & Delivery: Successfully lead and deliver significant Power Platform projects from inception to deployment, ensuring solutions meet client specifications, are defect-free, and drive measurable business improvements. Technical Excellence & Integration: Design and implement robust, scalable Power Platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing client systems and data sources, maintaining high standards of data flow and functionality. Team Mentorship & Development: Actively mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of shared best practices and continuous learning within the Power Platform team. Client Engagement & Advisory: Establish strong client relationships, effectively gathering and analysing business requirements, and providing expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities to address their evolving needs. What type of work will I be doing? Your role will involve a dynamic mix of technical leadership, hands-on development, and client engagement. While exact allocations may vary by project, your activities will typically include: Project Leadership: Directing the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from initial client requirement gathering and analysis to the design of robust, scalable architectures. Development & Implementation: Creating and implementing custom applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Integration & Quality Assurance: Ensuring seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems, maintaining smooth data flow, and overseeing comprehensive testing to guarantee quality and adherence to specifications. Client Collaboration & Documentation: Working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, offering expert guidance, and developing detailed technical documentation and training materials. Troubleshooting & Team Leadership: Identifying and resolving technical issues, providing ongoing support for deployed solutions, and leading, mentoring, and guiding team members.
