Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
* Comply with health and safety regulations on site.
* Assist with menu planning to ensure profit margin is achieved.
* Maintain highest standards in stock control, portion control, and quality control.
* Provide professional customer service when needed and respect other staff within the kitchen/restaurant.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 1-2 years proven track record in a commercial kitchen environment.
* All relevant food safety certifications and manual handling.
* Passion for food and exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
