Senior Cyber Security Leadership Role
This position is focused on leading enterprise-wide cyber security initiatives and overseeing large-scale transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Development and Execution: Manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery against key performance indicators.
* Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues, driving innovative solutions to ensure successful programme delivery.
* Resource Allocation: Ensure the programme is adequately resourced to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency throughout the programme lifecycle.
* Governance Framework: Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, ensuring consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Issue Escalation: Accurately identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure swift resolution.
Required Attributes & Experience:
* Over 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.
* Proven expertise in implementing major cyber security projects, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
* Demonstrated ability to manage integrated teams comprising internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Strong adaptability in dynamic business environments with multiple competing priorities.
* A highly analytical mindset, capable of proposing effective technology and process solutions aligned with business objectives.
