Enterprise Architect required to drive the technology strategy and ensure solutions are designed and delivered the right way. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing the enterprise architecture vision, connecting complex systems, and supporting a highly regulated operating environment.You will be comfortable engaging at all levels of the organisation from engineering teams through to senior leadership and will drive the technology roadmap aligned to business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, evolve and govern the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, ensuring functionality aligns with long-term business strategyEnsure solutions are architected and delivered in a structured, scalable and compliant mannerDrive and own the technology roadmap, aligning platforms, integrations and capabilities to business prioritiesLead architectural design across complex, interconnected systems and platformsProvide oversight on system integration, APIs, data flows and cross-platform dependenciesEnsure architectural decisions meet regulatory, security and risk requirementsTranslate business strategy into clear technical architecture and delivery plansCommunicate architectural direction clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholdersChampion best practice, governance and architectural standardsRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience as an Enterprise Architect or senior architecture leaderStrong understanding of EA frameworks and governance models (e.g., TOGAF or similar)Demonstrated experience managing technical complexity and connecting enterprise systemsExperience working within regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma, utilities, etc.)Ability to balance innovation with compliance and operational stabilityStrong stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite, board-level and technical teamsExperience shaping and delivering a multi-year technology roadmapStrong understanding of cloud architecture, data platforms, integration patterns and security principles
