Overview
The Talbot Hotel Clonmel, part of the Talbot Collection, is currently recruiting a Breakfast / Carvery Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and produce food to a high quality and consistent standard, working in conjunction with other chefs.
Work in various kitchen sections as required.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion.
Operate safely and responsibly with recognised techniques.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
Understand the provisions and maintenance of the kitchen service.
Work as part of a busy kitchen team and, overall, as part of a professional hotel team.
Be flexible and available to work varying shifts, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4* hotel environment.
HACCP trained and hygiene focused.
Professional appearance and a positive work attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
