Key Responsibilities
* Elevate day-to-day operations to match hotel standards.
* Deliver exceptional service, addressing queries and complaints promptly.
* Maintain statutory compliance and health & safety standards.
* Spearhead Front Desk activities, guest queries, and check-in/check-out processes.
* Ensure accurate payments and balance front desk transactions.

* Manage costs associated with the Department.

The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Front Office Management, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
* A relevant degree in Hospitality/Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Experience managing PMS and proficiency in MS Office packages.
