Job Summary
The Facilities Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the effective functioning of our business. This key position is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service across various aspects of vehicle maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with fleet maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Support vehicle testing, road taxing, and administrative duties related to vehicle maintenance.
* Manage system updates, generate reports, process data, perform data uploads, troubleshoot issues, and assist with customer inquiries and resolution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Efficient management of credit card transactions and prompt reconciliation.
* Timely arrangement of vehicle motor tax and scheduled vehicle testing.
* Provision of accurate reports requests, effective management of incoming queries and payments related to fines, fuel cards, and toll tags.
Requirements:
* Ability to develop and maintain current knowledge of products and services.
* Review and report feedback, highlighting opportunities for change and improvement.
