Candidate Requirements:
* The Corporate team currently hasopportunities at junior and senior level for lawyers to join theiraward-winningCorporatepractice.
* Youwill haveexperience of working oncomplex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
* Experience gained with areputable commercial firm in Ireland, London or Overseas.
* You will beanalytical and detail focused with strong commercial awareness.

You are a good communicator, highly credible, with excellent client facing skills.
