Overview
We are seeking a Process and Change Management Analyst to support the delivery of business-wide programmes and change initiatives. This role will focus on driving productivity, improving efficiency, and reducing operating costs. The successful candidate will contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and embedding effective change management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and adoption across stakeholders.
* Assist in designing and implementing change management strategies to drive successful outcomes.
* Support delivering improvement projects using the Six Sigma methodology.
* Conduct data analysis to determine root causes of performance issues and provide actionable solutions.
* Document processes, map workflows, highlight gaps, and recommend enhancements.
* Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring visibility and accountability.
* Maintain and monitor programme RAID logs.
Qualifications & Experience
* 4–5 years’ experience in business improvement or change initiatives within a service, financial, or manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree (must have).
* Project management certification (Prince2, PMI).
* Project management experience with a focus on fostering continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project and Visio.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
