Person in Charge Adult Autism Service
The role of Person in Charge is a key position within our Adult Autism Accredited Service. As the leader, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure high standards of service delivery to residents while effectively managing staff.
* Maintain compliance with HIQA standards and implement relevant policies and procedures.
* Respond promptly to resident complaints and concerns.
* Manage the staff team through supervision, appraisals, and training initiatives.
* Cordinate appointments with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* A recognized degree in Social Care (QQI Level 7) or a related Allied Healthcare discipline.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the Health or Social Care sector.
