Daily Operations Supervisor
As a seasoned Daily Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel's daily activities. You will lead the Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient handovers.
* Oversee conference and banqueting setups, turnarounds, and service standards.
* Rapidly respond to guest concerns, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
* Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
* Conduct shift briefings and maintain operational standards.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a 4-star hotel or higher.
* Strong background in Food and Beverage with event experience.
* Front Office knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Able to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
* Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Familiarity with hotel systems (Hotsoft) is an asset.
