This role is ideal for someone with a 5-star hospitality or high-end corporate background who excels in delivering world-class guest services.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all front-of-house activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring an outstanding visitor experience
* Manage all front-of-house tasks including: meet & greet, coordinating meeting room bookings, set-ups, AV needs, refreshments, and post-meeting reset
* Handle all courier, post, and delivery requirements efficiently
* Support the planning and coordination of on-site events and catering services
* Answer phones and monitor voicemail communications
* Proactively oversee the reception area, ensuring bookings run smoothly and managing overruns or rescheduling as needed
* Perform general office management duties including weekly food orders, shredding, and archiving coordination
* Build strong relationships with office vendors (cleaning, catering, etc.)
* Manage stationery supplies, printing services, and organize the stationery room effectively
* Support Team Administrators across various business units as required
* Coordinate planned preventative maintenance visits in conjunction with the Senior Manager
