Job Overview
The Night Operations Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of hotel services at night, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include guest interactions, health and safety protocols, front desk management, team supervision, and food and beverage service coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, and proficient computer skills. They will also be able to lead and develop the team, contributing to the strategic planning of the hotel.
* Guest Interactions: Deliver outstanding service to guests, address queries, and resolve issues promptly.
* Health and Safety: Conduct regular checks on fire alarms, security systems, and other relevant equipment.
* Front Desk Management: Run nightly audits, manage check-ins and check-outs, and oversee front desk operations.
* Team Supervision: Direct the Night Porters, delegate tasks, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
* Food and Beverage Service: Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages during night hours.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
* Proficient computer skills, including Opera and Brilliant electronic front office system.
* Strong leadership and development skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
