Davis Experience & Events is an award-winning creative events company, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated and personable Digital Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our growing team.

We’re expanding our in-house team here in Dublin, and this role plays a key part in helping us reach new audiences. You’ll focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients, re-engaging lapsed contacts, and driving top-of-funnel awareness through smart, well-crafted outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll help shape how new audiences discover Davis. You’ll promote the power of experiential marketing to decision-makers across key industries and contribute to the team’s marketing and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

● Research and identify new business opportunities across key sectors
● Plan and execute outbound marketing campaigns
● Track and manage leads and outreach activity using our CRM (HubSpot)
● Support creation of credential decks, proposals, and outreach content
● Collaborate with the senior team on campaign planning and performance
● Represent Davis at networking events and industry gatherings
● Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, well-aligned campaigns
● Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns; monitor and optimise performance
● Strengthen Davis’s organic visibility through SEO, LinkedIn and relevant AI platforms
● Track weekly digital performance and report on KPIs and insights
● Monitor email marketing performance and optimise for engagement and ROI
● Maintain a calendar of content and campaign activity across markets and sectors
● Segment and maintain CRM data to support targeting and reporting
● Oversee development of marketing collateral including brochures and sales assets
● Maintain brand consistency across all external materials and touchpoints
● Manage asset libraries and internal access to brand materials

What We’re Looking For

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable creating content and messaging that resonates with B2B audiences
● Proactive and confident in outreach, with a collaborative mindset
● Highly organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once
● Commercially aware and able to align messaging with client needs and business goals
● Data-literate and able to draw insights from performance metrics
● Positive, adaptable and eager to learn
● Someone who can manage the website, keep case studies up to date and add new content
● 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
● Strong content creation skills (videography & photography)
● A strong writer who can craft compelling, benefit-led content that resonates with our target audience
● Track record in email marketing and campaign management
● Experience creating and repurposing marketing content (written and visual)
● Familiarity with Canva, WordPress and HubSpot
● Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
● Understanding of GDPR and best practices for compliant marketing

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

● Experience in the events, brand activations, or conferences
● Experience using HubSpot to manage campaigns and measure results
● Familiarity with PPC, email workflows, or audience segmentation
● Award entry writing
