A well-established financial services firm based in Dublin is hiring a HR Manager into a newly created role within the HR function.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the role focuses on HR operations, governance and people-related regulatory requirements. In the role, you will have ownership of areas such as Fitness & Probity administration, Individual Accountability (IAF/SEAR), Minimum Competency records, onboarding and training governance. You will work closely with HR colleagues, compliance and senior stakeholders.
This role would suit an HR professional or a compliance professional with strong people-focused experience, who has an operational or governance background and is comfortable working in a regulated environment.
