About the Role
As a Key Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and deepening relationships with existing Facilities Management partners.
Your primary focus will be on managing and growing these partnerships to increase engagement and expand market penetration. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders within these organizations to identify new revenue opportunities and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with Facilities Management companies or similar enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities:
* Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at Facilities Management partner organizations.
* Revenue Growth & Sales Expansion: Identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities to drive sales growth.
* Partner Enablement & Education: Providing education and training to partners to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
* Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gathering and analyzing market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.
* Performance & Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to ensure ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development role, preferably within SaaS, Facilities Management, or Workplace Solutions.
* Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with Facilities Management companies or similar enterprise partnerships.
* Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partner-led sales and expanding market reach.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to create mutually beneficial business cases for partners.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
