Senior Employment Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to grow our market leading Employment practice. The ideal candidate will have an impeccable technical record, with the ability to attract new business and advise key clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
The successful applicant must have a strong background in employment law, preferably at partner level, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage an existing team. You will play a vital role in the development and promotion of the Team, through business development, networking and profile raising activities. This includes contributing to marketing, training and knowledge sharing within the team and throughout the firm.
A key responsibility will be to work closely with colleagues in other offices to develop cross border opportunities and support our global client base. You will be well placed to motivate and support the team, building on your existing relationships to help grow the team's practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* The successful applicant must have an impeccable technical record with proven ability to attract new business; along with advising key clients on a wide variety of both daily operational employment law issues and strategic and contentious issues.
* Play a vital role in the development and promotion of the Team and DACB through business development, networking and profile raising activities, including contributing to marketing, training and knowledge sharing within the team and throughout the firm.
* Work closely with our colleagues in our other offices (particularly in the UK) to develop cross border opportunities to assist and support our global client base.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* With a background in employment law (Irish qualified), you'll be well placed to motivate and support the team and build on your existing relationships (and those already with the firm), to help grow the team's practice.
* Change oriented with a positive, flexible approach towards the implementation of new initiatives and a willingness to assist in the success of DAC Beachcroft Dublin.
* Team oriented and collegiate with an experience of and willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members of teams where appropriate.
* Confident communicator with an ability to develop relationships, undertake client marketing and influence at all levels. Ability to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues.
