We are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to drive Audience Growth. You will lead the marketing strategy and audience expansion for Ireland’s leading digital property marketplace, integrating brand strategy with performance marketing to maximise impact across the Irish Times Group property ecosystem. You will collaborate across product, sales, and with our Group editorial colleagues to deliver impactful, data-driven results.
This role is pivotal in shaping how we connect with new and existing audiences, using data-driven insights, bold creative thinking, and innovative campaigns to amplify our brand presence and accelerate growth.
Core Responsibilities
* Define a brand strategy that positions MyHome as Ireland’s leading trusted property marketplace
* Set audience growth priorities across residential sales, rentals and new opportunities
* Shape messaging based on insights that resonate with buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, agents and developers
* Leverage The Irish Times Group’s authority and reach to strengthen positioning
* Develop user acquisition and retention strategies across all property segments
* Drive integrated campaigns and content strategies that serve the full property community
* Lead digital marketing across social, SEO, CRM, paid media, programmatic and emerging platforms
* Establish clear KPIs for acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion
* Leverage real-time insights to optimise expenditure, inform content development, and direct resource allocation
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across digital, content, brand and GTM campaigns
* Build capability in performance marketing, audience insights, content strategy and campaign delivery

Previous Experience Should Include
* Strategic Marketing Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and agencies to deliver measurable growth in an ever-changing digital landscape
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, social, CRM, programmatic and performance optimisation
* Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in analytics and testing to drive decisions and improve results
* Content Marketing: Strong grasp of how editorial, content and marketing work together to serve audiences and business goals
* Customer Journeys: Experience with multi-segment customer journeys and ecosystems
* Team Builder: Track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
* Cross-Group Influence: Confident working across editorial, product, sales and data teams to create aligned strategies
