We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in modern call center and contact center systems to join our team as a Senior Unified Communications and Contact Center Specialist.
* Assist in designing, implementing, and managing complex unified communications and contact center solutions for our clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various technologies and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
* Proven experience with IVR technology and platforms such as Call Center System, Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.
* Strong knowledge of telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
