This is a pivotal role that plays a key part in the success of our organization. As a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our facilities and maintaining compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE policies and procedures;
">
* Coordinate internal audits, risk assessments and accident investigations;
">
* Deliver safety inductions and training for new staff and visitors;
">
* Support ISO 45001 compliance by reviewing and updating policies and procedures as needed;
">
* Track corrective actions and update management of change systems;
">
* Order lab materials, PPE and other necessary items;
">
* Prepare and publish KPIs related to HSE performance;
">
* Assist customer service and production teams with certification, inspections and documentation.
">
">
• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as environmental science or occupational health and safety;
">
• Previous experience in an HSE role;
">
• Strong administration and coordination skills;
">
• Good working knowledge of ISO standards and regulations;
">
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills;
">
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
