We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the management of our Engineering Service Team in County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting performance targets, and maintaining compliance.
This role involves collaborating with the Technical Lead to uphold service quality and drive improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess an engineering background and have experience managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a high-performing Service Team
* Develop and implement process improvements to maintain high-performance levels of service-related processes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Drive Service delivery performance, meet customer expectations, and identify opportunities for future demand
* Deliver Service improvements, ensuring timely and effective implementation
* Lead people management, including staff recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring

Requirements
* Qualification in Engineering or business
* Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a services business in industries such as Engineering, IT, Service, Medical Devices, or Professional Services
* Proven leadership experience
