We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to take a leading role on one of our flagship data centre projects in Ireland.
Role Overview
As the CSA Project Manager, you will oversee the project from start to finish — including pre-construction, delivery, and close-out phases.
You will be responsible for managing contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project through pre-construction, construction, and close-out stages.
Establish and maintain the Master Project Schedule and Budget.
Manage the General Contractor and directly contracted vendors on site.
Coordinate Value Engineering initiatives to optimize cost and efficiency.
Develop and implement budget tracking and reporting processes.
Liaise with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues quickly.
Oversee final inspections, handovers, and fit-up activities.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in large-scale technical construction project management.
Strong understanding of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines.
Previous data centre project experience, ideally on hyperscale builds.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
