Projects Assistant to Chief People Officer
Ryanair is recruiting an Executive & Projects Assistant to work directly with the CPO of Ryanair DAC, Darrell Hughes.

Ideal for an ambitious self‑starter with exceptional organisational skills, this role offers intensive experience, exposure to all aspects of the business, and the opportunity to work directly with the senior leadership team.
Operationally reporting to the CPO, you will work across all areas of the People Department including HR, Recruitment, Inflight, Flight Operations People Management, and Internal Communications. The role typically lasts 18–24 months, after which strong performers have excellent opportunities to advance within the wider People team and Ryanair.
Key Duties
Direct administrative support to the CPO, including complex diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
Manage duty/staff travel bookings and administration.
Assist in the production and circulation of weekly People Department reports.
Prepare and edit correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
Prepare briefing packs for CPO meetings.
Work with the CPO and CPO Direct Reports on special projects, e.g. CSRD, Board Reports, Workforce Engagement, induction sessions, and internal comms.
Requirements
Excellent organisational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and understand organisational demands.
Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure; friendly, professional, and capable of working with senior management.
