Hire Controller
to join our successful and team based in Dublin
.
In this role you will be:
Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.
Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Supporting the field sales representative to maintain and build profitable relationships with customers.
Working with the workshop team to ensure equipment isprepared as required to meet customer expectations.
Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented andfiled.
Applying the businesses processes rigidly and efficiently to ensure proper invoicing, cost management.
Work effectively and in partnership with the branch management team on sales and operational functions.
